As they cover a number of games per weekend it will be split up between them.

Can the radio actually cover a TV game? Or is there some kind of exclusivity?

Ditto.
I just searched the Life Fm, RPH and SANFL website and couldn't find any information.
Whilst I haven't seen any official releases by the any of the stations as yet, to the best of my knowledge, TV and radio coverage for Round 1 SANFL will be:
Saturday 2nd April
Port v Norwood @ AAMI (curtain raiser) 11.15am - 1197am 5RPH
North v West @ Prospect (usual time) 2.10pm - ABC TV
Glenelg v Sturt @ Gliderol Stadium (twilight) 4.10pm - 1197am 5RPH
Sunday 3rd April
Eagles v South @ Woodville (usual time) 2.10pm - 107.9 LifeFM

I recommend you SKYPE it. I am going to try this method this year for Sturt games.
If you have someone in Australia who also has SKYPE, get them to place their internet camera in front of the TV, and you will be able to watch it. The view will be in second by second freeze-frame, but the sound should come through alright, so it should be better than a radio broadcast.
I haven't tried it yet, but I don't see any reason that it wouldn't work. Let me know how you get on if you do try it.

This season ABC Grandstand has extended it's commitment to SA footy, with 2011 seeing the introduction of live coverage of Friday night SANFL on Grandstand Digital Radio and streamed online.
Headed by seasoned commentators Peter Walsh and Roger Wills, ABC Grandstand will be broadcasting 9 SANFL Friday night matches this year, to completment our coverage of the 2011 AFL season.
"Its about time we were up close and personal with grass roots football. These broadcasts will help us to identify draft picks of the future and also gives the listener a closer look at the second best league in Australia" says Peter Walsh.
Each week the commentary team will also include former and current coaches from the SANFL teams and ex-players who made their name in the league.
Our coverage kicks off this Friday night with the match between Sturt and Norwood, live from Adelaide Oval.
Coverage starts at 7:00pm and can be heard live on our website and on Grandstand Digital 2.
Make sure you visit our SA Football website to keep up to date with all your SANFL news and results and to find out which Friday night match is being broadcast.
