Well done to The WAFC for putting on such an exhibition but such jolly bad luck to be pipped at the post by those Eastern scallywags, The Norwoodians. Please don't be disheartened, West, for one feels that great things are in store for yourselves just around the corner. As for Norwood, to the victor go the spoils, my heartiest of congratulations go out to you. Good luck to both sides for the rest of the season.

careful Centurion, I called them pretentious something-or-others, I was deleted. they must be refered to as NORWOOD

[quote="JK"]Close to the worst game I've seen, and the questions will keep coming about Norwoods (in)ability to handle close checking football.

Obviously stoked to have the 2 points, but I do feel for Westies fans because we clearly were'nt the best side out there today.[/quo

in bassetts defence, he made the game open in the last quarter, which gave u guys a chance, and needed the dice to roll his way. and number 30 for u guys really stood up for the fight i thought.and number 7 ,the kid was pretty good aswell.

Yep, but I still reckon barring an ounce of luck it was left too late

What is so unusual about a shit game of football being played at Richmond ? Been happening for decades..... is why Richmond is known as " The Vortex " ..... talent vortex.
Worst ground on earth for atmosphere which helps West continually drag the opposition down to their level. Hard for a team to get "up" playing at that dump !

Watch the replay, he already has.

Don't whufc. You may never wake up.

Please Lord.

Agree with JK on this one, an absolute shocker of a game.

If it was only West playing negative footy, why didn't Norwood blow them away? Took a free which was 50/50 to get them home.

And Centurion, no one cares what SDK says as he is just a negative wanker.

At the game, myself and the blokes I was with thought we'd gotten lucky with that whistle .. Happy to take it though coz I reckon we copped a couple bad ones in the first half.

If tackling someone and them landing on their side is a free then pay it every time all day other wise no free!

History will say it was a free and Norwood won!

I am certainly not going to blame umpires for losing. We needed to stand up in the last five minutes but didnt
