Given
- the current 5th ranked team has a 5-7 record
- There is a growing gap between Norwood / Central and the rest of the comp
- even the worst team has 3 victories
it may be a season when 9 wins get you a finals berth.

Amazingly six of the nine clubs have a percentage under 50.

That's not to say Eagles are home, they still have a lot of ground to catch up, a poor percentage and little room for error.

Unless they can cause at upset at Elizabeth or snag one of their two remaining games against the Redlegs
they will need to win five of their remaining six (Sturt x2, South, Port, North, West) JUST to get to nine wins.
