Question for legs fans ?? What do you think it is that keeps Nathan Batsanis from being on an afl list ??

Has dominated vfl and would be a magarey favourite this year . Is it pace ??? Its the only negative I can find admittedly I don't watch Norwood everyweek .

That's a blow for the Legs. At least they've got some handy known goal kickers in Jericho and Warren.
How had his form been? I noticed he'd played in the ressies a few times, but not sure if that was coming back from injury. At the start of the year when I heard Norwood had signed him I thought he was going to be one of the key recruits of the year. I know he's a strong mark and would probably take any teams number one defender.

I'm probably biased mate, but I genuinely think that with his height, running ability and ability to kick from outside 50 that when he get's it right, he's one of the few players in the comp that could be near impossible to contain, a real x-factor type.

Of course, the instances of getting it right were never going to be consistent, otherwise he'd still be playing AFL, so there was no guarantee he was going to deliver when it was needed .. But I certainly view him as a massive weapon.

Yep near on impossible to get a perfect match-up against alot like Justin Hardy.

I think Central would have found it very hard to stop Newton, his very much like Daniel Stewart and Nick Gill who Central have never really managed to find a good match up against.

Norwood are a slightly lesser for his loss.

I can't recall seeing much of Hardy before, so I'm looking forward (in that "I hope we still win" way) to getting a look at him on Sunday.

Yeah 195+ cm with good running ability and massive leap. Can play forward, back or in the ruck very hard to find a match up against him.

A good chance he'll smash us then, because we dont have any tall defenders left lol (actually we didn't have many to start with)

Saying this early because it is going to need advertisement and i know the clubs watch this site. :D

Norwood to set a Precedent. :ymapplause:

Maybe throw a free B-B-Q on (with the aid of the SANFL).

Lets get a crowd there. :D

Even though Dog_ger's marketing plan drew a record crowd of Fire and Police personell few stayed to bowl.
