i would've thought it was between 5,000 & 6,000
i thought secret groups were a thing of the past, well not on websites anyway

I think I caught the life fm commentators saying 'in excess of 4,000', which whilst good is a little disappointing. Surely could have at least bettered the crowd against glenelg?

It was a good crowd considering the Crows played tonight, and the show is on, any other weekend and it would have been a lot more.

Awesome game, pity it was ruined by a minority.

Had to laugh, the bar behind the northern goal told me there was no Tooheys New as they ran out last week.
I ask "weren't the pubs open this week?"
I got a blank look in reply.

In the last quarter we had a choice of Toohesy Extra Dry or XXXX gold!!!

Oh yeah and on to the game, awesome effort by the Roosters, the thing that was most pleasing was the turning point of the game tonight was when Central got physical, we actually pulled away from them at that stage. I know we beat them there last year but this was our best win probably this decade.
Earlier in the year they beat us by 58 points despite being a 100 point better side IMHO.
Tonight we beat them by 2 points despite being a 7 goal better side.

That's a big bloody turnaround.
Can't wait to throw Gill into that side too.

Also great win by the ressies, they will be the minor premiers which is one step better than last year at this stage of the year.

Great game North Melbourne with South Australian recruit
Chris Ladhams dominating just hung on.
First half was hard accountable footy by both teams.
The 2nd half was played at a greater speed and North were
simply too brilliant and looked set for a 10 goal victory until
a sensational late resurgance by the tenacious Bulldogs.
Considering it was night footy, the skills on display were some
of the best Ive seen in those conditions.
If North and Centrals play in that mode for the rest of the year
then I think the other clubs wont beat them.

Went to the AFL game earlier and saw Adelaide beat Melbourne
in a dazzling display of basketball, the only tackles at West Lakes
today were at the Lakes marina....
North Melbourne and Centrals was a REAL football game.

great game in the end, the fact we were down by around 6 goals with 8 minutes to go, and got within 2 points, will give us some confidence going into the finals, and Wedige seemed to enjoy the ''milfs'' tonight

To 99% of the crowd last night, the attmosphere you created was sensational, both North and Doggies supporters cheered loud and hard.

To the other 1% including this pair of drop kicks, you are a f*cking disgrace. You probablly won't get to read this though, because I doubt you would know how to turn on a light switch, let alone a computer.

Anyone know what the real crowd figure was? The Advertiser has 1596. I think that was taken at 1/2 time of the ressies.

Dunno, but I asked the Dogs fans who were there last week and they said there was definately more last time.
Between 5 and 6k I'd say.
