South Adelaide is its own worst enemy.
Would have had the bulk of the play from halfway through the second term. Spent 5 minutes with the ball locked up in their attacking half of the ground, would add 0.4 or 0.5 in this period, for the Bays to get control for 30 seconds and waltz down the ground for a lazy goal. Probably didn't help that South had a few players off early, but still.
The final score does not reflect the contest, except insofar as it registers that the teams' goals/behinds ratio were approximately the inverse of each other.
South's #10, one Abe Davis, was close to BOG for the Bays. Had a very dirty day at the office.
