5K on TV is a terrible look.

So don't watch it.

Why not ? I will go .

I just would like to see a good crowd for those non SANFL supporters who will watch it.
Far out , sorry for wanting good crowds and the SANFL to look good.

It is what it is Brett, life goes on and just deal with it.
Get out there and support your side, who cares how many go, there are four footy sides turning up playing on the best footy oval in Australia for a crack at the major prize.
Do you actually think they give a shit whether or not 10 people turn up or 10,000 ?
These blokes have busterd their arses.
As for the look on TV, who gives a rats.

South add Brown, Fitt, Biemans and McKinnon with no one dropped.

Going to be a tough call on a couple whichever way they choose come Sunday.

EAGLES

Woodville-West Torrens has included three players to its squad to confront South Adelaide in Sunday’s Preliminary Final at Adelaide Oval.

Joint vice-captain Jesse Lonergan has overcome his calf ailment to be named on the extended interchange bench alongside fellow inclusions Sam Lowson and Ben Jungfer.

Coburg recruit Lowson, who had been carrying a minor knee problem, responded well by booting four goals in the Reserves’ Second Semi Final last Saturday while Jungfer lost his spot after playing in Round 13 and 14.

Jungfer looms as the most likely defensive replacement for Rhyan Mansell, should the Tasmanian signing not recover from his concussion suffered in the first term against North in last Sunday’s Second Semi Final.

F: Rowe, J. Hayes, Poole

HF: N. Hayes, Von Bertouch, Foote

C: McNeil, Toumpas, Goldsworthy

HB: Jones, Giuffreda, Mansell

B: Rowland, Thompson, Wehr

R: Redden, Sinor, Tsitas

INT: Pudney, Lowson, Lonergan, Seymour, Jungfer, Comitogianni, Firns

IN: Lowson, Lonergan, Jungfer

SOUTH

South Adelaide coach Jarrad Wright could take an unchanged line-up into Sunday’s Preliminary Final against Woodville-West Torrens at Adelaide Oval.

Three players – forward Liam Fitt, defender Tyson Brown and utility Anthony Biemans – have been added to the Panthers’ 25-man squad.

But Wright will be tempted not to tinker with the 22 which accounted for Glenelg in the First Semi Final.

Fitt has been sidelined since Round 11 with a knee injury while Brown has been out since Round 12 with a thigh complaint but both have proven they are fit for selection.

Biemans was squeezed out last Sunday after helping South defeat North in Round 14.

F: McCreery, Cailotto, Wilkinson

HF: Karpany, Overall, Schwarz

C: Sampson, Broadbent, Milsom

HB: Andrews, Haren, Haines

B: Highmore, Summerton, Elsworthy

R: Hunter, Heaslip, Cross

INT: Kappler, Bogle, Whittlesea, Horne, Brown, Fitt, Biemans

IN: Brown, Fitt, Biemans

Who would you drop Doc? Kappler and Whittlesea? Whoever is left out is very unlucky.

Brown in for Kappler would by my preference.

Fitt for Whittlesea not quite as sold on, thought the latter was serviceable last week but on the other hand do rate Fitt...

Would have liked to have seen Sheedy make a clear, decisive statement by dropping some names who have a history of under-performance on the big stage and once again let us down last week. Unfortunately he has placed faith in them - hopefully he doesn't get stung.

What is clear is that 1-2 players named on the field are in serious doubt of playing due to injury - most likely Mansell and Toumpas.

There is no way that Lonergan should be considered given he's barely played out a full game this year due to constant injuries.

Jungfer must be picked regardless of whether there are injuries or not. I would also throw the dice on Lowson - his knee stood up in the reserves.

In the event Mansell and Toumpas are deemed fit then the players I'd remove from last weekend's debacle would be Poole and Pudney

Will be interesting if the events of the u/18's match last week will see both sides more fired up than normal for this match.

I don't reckon the panthers will need any encouragement to be fired up from the first bounce.

The Eagles are the ones that need the kick up the a@s given their typical 'low energy' approach to finals.

Honestly, there is no excuse for either team not to bring the intensity required.

I predict this will turn into a very physical match - lots of hits, scuffles and 50m penalties.

Whichever team channels this aggression at the ball and not the body will win this match

Surely playing for a spot in a grand final is more than enough to fire up about.

Some psychologist should do a case study on why this is not the case when it involves the Eagles.

Guaranteed to be published in a scientific journal

You'll win this week. Just hopefully not the following week.
