Backwell $41 winner for BAYMAN :D
Kenna $31 second for MAL  if Brett was suspended
Osullivan $101 fourth for PUNK/MAL

Well done Brett winning after running 2nd 4 times in the
previous medal counts.

David Letterman and Mark Mickan deserve some credit as well.

BAYMAN has cleaned up Johhny Thornton AGAIN.

His previous best finish in the Magarey was only equal 6th in 2002 when he was at West. The 4 runners up he mentioned in the telecast must have referred to previous clubs/junior medals.

Previous Magarey polling for Backwell:

2002 12 votes, equal 6th
2003 11 votes, equal 9th
2004 9 votes, equal 15th
2005 3 votes, equal 53rd

So you can see why he was $101 with Curly Seal at the start of the year. (Keep in mind too that Glenelg were favourites for the wooden spoon too at that stage!)

Kym Dillon said he ran 2nd 4 times on TV tonight, but I
will trust ECKY to be correct.

As for the $41 that was taken late or mid season by the Mighty BAYMAN.

I am up to Round 15 and have just noticed something:

Sean O'Keefe who had 50 possessions against West in this round received no votes.

That is ridiculous!
I'm going to do a full analysis as well and find out what other dodgy decisions the umpires made :)

I don't want to turn this into a witch-hunt or anything but I am interested to see if it is certain umpires who tend to give "unusual" votes...
