This is similar sentiments to what is echoed at West - a popular player who it is agreed has a lot of ability, and with the right person (not necessarily a coach) motivating him to work a lot harder on the track and in the gym, could be a very good player for the club. Has had some injury problems, but just not quite prepared to take those next couple of steps that separate serviceable from really admired.
