A pretty extensive and promising list of recruits so far:

Jayden Hall
Hugo Munn
Jez McLennan
Louie McLennan
Mani Liddy
Ethan Schwerdt
Jai Larkins
Mihail Lochowiak
Anzac Lochowiak
Jacob Lochowiak

Apparently a few more to be named, including at least two who were on AFL lists.

There's one that's not on that list that excites me a fair bit (but not TOO much),
a big, solid midfielder of around 194cms.
Plus there's a lad from up north that has a big reputation as well.

Fletcher Carroll & Isaac McGrath from Albury,
a few more to be announced this week too.

Fingers crossed. NSW hasn't proven to be the breeding ground it was once was for us. Long gone are the days of Hopwood, Goodrem, Scoullar, Hayes and probably a few more whose names escapes me. Habel & Milne probably the last success stories but even they never reached as big a standard and the names mentioned before.

These two young men are very well-regarded and I think will restore our faith in Albury as a recruiting ground.

We've formally announced the signing of former Giant Leyton Chisholm,
194 cm midfielder, built like a brick shitehouse!
And he's only 22.

In Meggsy and Mark we trust.
An amazingly extensive list of some of the best young talent to be going around in the SANFL next year.
We should, at the very least, challenge for finals next year.
With all recruits 25 or under, and most 22 or younger, I feel we have a premiership window open for the next 5-10 years.
Are the two Norwood boys still on their way too?
Cheers

'Open' doesn't mean we will even snare one...just means we should be a lot higher on the table than in recent times ;)

Since the AFL aligned clubs have come In, the foundation clubs have shown these days that it’s possible to turn it around in one off-season. Norwood last year a great example, lose something like 15 players, of which many had been stars but were past it (Puopolo, Griggy, Shents etc), with all due respect.

Then bring in something like 17 unknowns and with the right persons and systems in place things can happen. This can happen for the Dogs in 23’ as it can for any of the clubs IF they get it right.

But FFS if you do get it right, let’s not make it for a decade this time alright? ;) :partyman:
