and what happens when that money is gone and the rentals are costing them money rather then providing a income. If you have sanfl teams struggling now with both afl teams how would they survive without them. Just remember they have a 80 year lease on adelaide oval.

property doubles in value every 10 years.

no property value depends on the current market value.

LOL please please please please enter a debate into real estate/property with Centurian.

if his statement was true then I wouldn't be working. even himself would be regretting that statement now. property does not go on value because of years it goes on what the market is doing.

I think most people who read it took it as a general statement rathen an exact figure.

A serious question though, is there any subject on earth that you havent mastered yet. Your knowledge is amazing! I honestly dont think i have ever known/read a poster who has been correct every single time they ever posted on every subject that ever exsisted.

Knowing Cent as i do he wont enter into a debate mainly due to the fact he most definatly doesnt need to prove his knowledge of the real estate industry on a website to a dude called pullinit.

he clearly made a statement that the value of property will double every 10 years. which is simply not true. hey if he can provide this I would love to talk to him about doing business as it would mean my retirement would come a lot quicker.

Wow never knew I had posted on every subject on safooty is that a record or something? it's not very hard to be correct against you. A little tip do some research before you comment might help you understand a little bit better.

I said people that slide in then rather take the bump are fairy it's way to get out on the contest, which results in them being soft and a fairy. The fact that GrahamL try to say it was a port only issue is plan right stupid it is both the crows and port issue. The SANFL will die the way it's currently being run, the only option for the SANFL to survive is to get a new board which has a goal of making both the SANFL and the AFL in this state being the strongest it can be, not worry about lining their own pockets with $$$. And once again we see you change the subject once you are wrong again. If you wanna keep making yourself looking a idiot please keep posting comments on things that you dont even understand.

8 kicks 8 handballs 3 marks and no tackles. Geez we can see why Port were so keen to get him out of the unhelpful develop environment at Prospect.

first game with a new team, was hardly expected to set the world alight.

thats not avoiding the contest thats moving to ball so you can go and kick a goal, so you can win the game. You seriously are a muppet aren't you. Do you even read other peoples post or do you just think you know what they said? And the award for muppet of the year goes to WHUFC

Ok here it is simple

YES GAJ slid in BUT

he won the ball and moved the ball to his teammate who would have had a goal scoring shot which may have helped his team to win the game.

So by YOUR logic he was not avoiding the contest.

Thankyou wasnt that hard after all.

no the result of sliding in is usually resulted in a stoppage. causing the ball to be held causing to run slow and not free flowing like it should be. The player also would rather take the slide because it means that they won't be crunched before or after moving the ball. Which then results in the player taking the soft option because they don't want to get hit. This is the last time I will explain it to you, as it seems you are too dumb to understand.

If it results in a stoppage thats what we have the 'holding the ball rule' for, BUT in GAbletts case it didnt result in a stoppage infact it would have resulted in a shot on goal. So by your logic GAblett slid in but didnt avoid the contest.

Funnies part is heavin forbid a player not wanting to be crunched idiot.

I think the sliding rule "debate" has spilled into 3 other threads.

Anyway, Aaron Young's game was about par from what he has done in the sanfl previously. He has a dip, but isn't afl standard, and will be moved along at years end.

Young player some very good games in the AFL at the end of last season, I'd expect him to stay around. It's Newton and D Butcher (who played a great game on the weekend) who I think will be moved on.

How the times have changed.

5 years ago it was port fans/afl goobers trying to convince myself that without ports revenue there was no way the sanfl could survive.

Now it's everyone confirming to what's left of the port fans they contribute nothing and the league will be better of without them.

Port were given a golden ticket and have screwed it up. Thank god the sanfl have cut their substantial losses and stopped chasing the " golden rainbow" of revenue.

I feel for the crows. They have a lot more to lose out of Adelaide Oval than Port.

Anyone heard from John Halbert trying to save sturt recently (sniggers to self) :-)

Yes - he was the Presidents Half Time get together at Prospect last weekend and was standing about 5 feet from Sturt's President who was chatting with our President. To be fair the Sturt President showed alot of restraint! That's all I'm saying on here!

Ben Newton has been dropped to the reserves for the Magpies. Thought they guarenteed a league game and time in the middle all year? The kid didn't want to go the Magpies.

Port, typical lying @$$holes.

Disgrace.
