Wouldnt think any of the 4 will be back next week.

Also with the Crows reports and injuries wouldnt be surprised if Gunston was selected for the Crows next week.

Hopefully Jay Nash will be back next week and maybe Andrew Hayes.

Thomas looks like the only man that could challenge Allan for the Magarey Medal, should have between 7-9 votes in the bag.

James Gowans - not a corky it was a knee in the back that has caused back spasms and he currently can't walk.

fair enough, it did look like he was struggling and was no surprise that he was the 1 out of him and Sibenaler to stay on the bench in the second half.

i copped a knee in the back which caused spasms at soccer 3 years ago and couldnt walk for the next few days, the back has never been right and if i do play soccer on a sunday i cant walk on a monday, not pleasant.

Yves Sibenaler actually ended up doing the groin apparently, not the hammy as first thought - probably out for 2-3 weeks?

James Boyd's shoulder dislocation was bad apparently, they had trouble getting it back into the joint so taken to hospital - 6-8 weeks?

Scott Dutschke's was a clean break in the lower leg, by all reports and was also taken to hospital - Possibly 6-8 weeks also?

James Gowans suffered what was reported to be a 'corked back' so not sure of the severity and length of time out - maybe 1 or 2 weeks?

Yes, well you beat me too it before I could change it CP. ;)

The Advertiser reported it as a corked buttock but as mentioned it was lower back (upper arse perhaps  ;) ) hence the reason I changed it, but after your post

Is Glenelg's fitness levels a worry.

21 vs 17 coming off a bye against a side who had a 6 day break and still overrun in the last.

Maybe a bit less for Boyd...

So does this performance say more about Central or Glenelg?

Also - can someone send the DVD of this game to the next precious AFL coach who is heartbroken he has one less player on the bench than his opposition?

Not if its a 'bad' dislocation which at this early stage it appears to be.

In the corresponding game:

2008 Glenelg win by 3 pts
2009 Draw
2010 Dogs by 10 pts.

Why is it so laughable that Glenelg could win?

Fitting a quadratic polynomial to that data and extrapolating to 2011 suggests that Central will win this year's fixture by 27 points.
