On that basis 3/4 of all SANFL players might as well give up. Not all SANFL players are playing with the goal of making an AFL list. As far as McGregor is concerned, he has been excellent. It is difficult for small forwards to consistently kick multiple goals so of course he is going to have days when he doesnt hit the scoreboard. But even on those occasions he has contributed through his tackling and by applying pressure on the defenders. And when our team is not playing well and getting beaten, he is one player who never gives up and continues to work hard.
