EFA

True!

At least you admit it and don’t pretend otherwise.

Just change your name to the Power reserves(officially) and wear their guernseys and leave the Magpies to RIP.

Surely it’s Port Adelaide whose nickname is Port Power. So inreality the team playing in the SANFL is simply Port Adelaide Reserves.

I think what you might be saying is stop using the Magpies nickname and prison bar guernsey in the SANFL and just use the Power brand and colours across the whole club. It would make sense, after all Port heavily promoted the ‘One Club’ concept and ‘Never tear us apart’, endorsing the idea the Port is one club in both the AFL and SANFL.

Port are unlikely to play in the AFL as the Magpies anytime soon so hanging on to the Magpies name and colours in the SANFL seems pointless.

What does EFA actually mean and why is it true

No, let the magpies go back to what they were before Brenton Sanderson ruined the SANFL as a smokescreen for his shit coaching.

Unfortunately mate that ship sailed long ago.

It's not impossible that if the port powers were to form a team for the AFL reserves that the Magpies could go back to business as usual. I think the SANFL in hindsight would have to be honest with themselves that this AFL reserves thing has been a bad idea.

It would be impossible for Port to wear the Prison Bars in the AFL... Well except for all the times Port have worn the Prison Bars in the AFL.

Only been for special occasions which had to be approved I believe or is this not the case?

Morell, do you believe that Port will be playing in the AFL as the Magpies, and wearing the black and white ‘Prison Bar’ kit in a regular season as their regular home kit anytime soon.

I have a 40/40 rule in the SANFL, if you lead by more than 40 with less than 40 to go (ie 20min mark 3rd quarter) you are home.

Only 1 SANFL team has defied this rule in about 15 years.

No not at all. I think the current Port kit is excellent and am happy to move on, but would also like to see the Prison Bars on occasion in the AFL for heritage rounds, anniversary games, special events etc

The Bays are 42 down at 3/4 time, get ready for another defiant result... :D

Though I'd be amazed if the final margin is less than twice that. :(
