That is what North have been trying to achieve under Jars. There have been a couple of aging recruits to add a bit of experience where needed, but all in all most have been thought to have been past their chance in AFL, increasing the possibility of long carreeers at Prospect. Time will tell if the recruiters were right in their decisions.rubbers0ul wrote:

Of course Hargraves and Younie having just completed 7 and 6 seasons respectively don't count I suppose?
