Id be guessing Port's 0-12 v North in the 1st Semi in 1906 would give it a shake?
(They obviously didn't even have a goal in mind that day)

Yes. Although since I have scores only from 1907 onwards - I do intend to go back 1897 one day(s), the record from then on goes to Norwood.

1.17 (23) to Sturt 6.7 (43) in Round 13 1912.

Just realised it happened the day before ... Glenelg 11 more scoring shots but still lost - guess it's more common than I thought

Geez I wished I'd got up to listen to this one now. Set the alarm, but a 5:30 am start and no Roosters playing, just seemed a step too far. With the lead changing hands, a close game, sounded like a decent crowd and some great accurate kicking by Sturt, by all accounts I missed a pretty good game.
Well done Sturt, even though Port was my tip in the last man standing comp . Based on Ports demolition job of WWT last week, I don't suppose many (Sturt fans excepted) gave the DB's much of a chance.
Like they say over here, "It's a funny old game".
