Is changing the coach (AGAIN) the right thing for the Bays? So many different coaches since Cornsey ....

Honest question, not trolling ..... Bay supporters what do you think?

I think Bown played up forward as he kicked a goal or 2. McGuiness might have been CHB but Im only guessing.

Beating a team consistently for 2 years does not constitute
having the WOOD on them

If anything Norwood has the wood on Glenelg in night games

Don't argue mal, just go with it, recently the Bays fans also claimed to have the wood on South and look how they've gone in recent times.

with our history in giving coaches the flick since 1990, mark mickan is on thin ice now at 1-6 we appear gone after being touted as good things for the 5 at the start of the year, as i posted earlier, i cannot believe the game plan - it took just 5 minutes watching our trial against south in march chipping the bloody ball around for me to wonder WTF are they doing along with atrocious kicking for goal that day also being costly in games against west, eagles and south. The most frustrating thing is i really dont think we are too far off the mark, i cant speak for tonight but from what i have seen (4 matches) west, port, eagles and south we could have won all of those but for fundamental errors that shouldnt be happening at league level. Having said our gameplan is crap i know it sounds crazy but i dont think we should replace mickan

Good obeservation stampy, must admit I thought the same thing when they played North in a trial, ironically a game they won. The style of play they used to try and scratch their way to a trial game win was embarassing, Ive never seen a SANFL team play so backwards, sideways, etc. Awful to watch.

I don't accept that with the player-turnovers each year at SANFL clubs that anyone can say a team has the wood on anyone else.

Sometimes trends go so a team has a streak against someone for a season or 2 ..

Sometimes a team dominates for 2-3 seasons such as Centrals and beats everyone ..

Sometimes a team is in the cellar for a few seasons and doesn't beat anyone ...

Rarely does a team win because it has some 'psychological' edge IMO. That sucks in tipsters all the time.

True, "the wood" doesn't exist (at least i like to think so, seeing as we've lost our last bit of wood to south anyway)

So AG was there then?

Great result for Norwood, they seem to be on the up. The Bays on the other hand appear to be on a big slide - perhaps the one at Monash playground.
