I did write something else but it got removed. it doesn't really matter what I write because more then likely you'll just say i'm wrong and then start complaining that i'm arguing.

no, not really. In fact I haven't weighed into this argument much at all. That's because it's a pointless exercise, we all know what's about to happen next year.
One thing though, it's THAN, not then, thanks.

In the beginning of this "one club", rubbish, it was meant to be admin advantages only. Of course it was never going to remain as they stated, as they continually seek unfair advantages. The sooner they're put in the sanfl reserves the better. With their modern era actions they no longer deserve to be in the sanfl.

so it's ok for the sanfl to lie but not ok for port. at least port have excuses for what their doing the sanfl just lie to try and make themselves look good. just remember port adelaide deserve to be in the sanfl more THAN any other club in this league.[/quote]

There you go, backed into the corner, so you resort to a simple, yet ineffective, insult. You didn't need to do this, I merely asked you several posts ago to give me some evidence as to why we owe Port everything.
I respect Port's record over the years, I love going to Port v Centrals matches, I've even tipped Port to beat Us this weekend!
I even let the Port cheersquad borrow my banner, which was very well received by most Port supporters on the day.
I will be there this Sunday, standing on the eastern wing, so if you wish to catch up in person & tell me why we owe you everything, please feel free to do so.

how was that a insult, I just saw how upset you are by someone's spelling over the internet. When did I say you owe us everything? Port do deserve to be in the sanfl more then any other team, what they have done in the competition and what they have done for it, is greater then any other club.

Port would have achieved nothing if it hadn't been for the other clubs in the competition, to say that one club is more important than the others is absolutely ludicrous.

are you really asking that maybe go read this entire thread and you might find them. ;)

Any excuses Port might've had on this thread were nullified the moment they dropped that dude to the reserves.

As a Port Supporter I agree with that. Why complain that players are getting played in the reserves only to play them there anyway.

While I was in Melbourne I'd rather gotten over the issue of Port being granted the second licence instead of another composite team being offered, which I would have joined.
So on my return, I was actually considering it as the Crows only had a waiting list to offer.

Then all that "one club" stuff emerged yet again and I pulled back.
I suspect the "Port can do no wrong and if you think they can piss off!" philosophy is precisely why you can't get memberships, and need baling out.

I appreciate that Lynwood.
Just for the record, I've said all along I don't have a problem with Port per se, I know there's alot of magpie fans just as peeved by this AFL invasion business as the rest of us are.
