Final Score:

Eagles 6-11, Central 13-5
Goals
E: Inkster 3 Westbrook Skipworth Hier

Unless you are a Doggies fan or have a particular dislike for the Eagles, that would have been a pretty disappointing result.

Its like a bad repeat of Happy Days.A hard nosed Centrals outfit has bullied thier way, once again past an insipid mentally shot Eagles unit.Centrals to win another f****N flag. They are unstoppable.
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

If you want to go far, go together.

And that will take some time, as there was no soul evident today in anything but a red white and blue guernsey.

You serious? Gee I was shitting myself in the last half as the Eaglies wore down the margin.
Our boys had played in the heat last week, and they threw everything they had at it early and it told on them.
I was sooooooo relieved Schelly kicked that snap.

Hard to believe I can still be pessimistic about these boys!
