He is a bit of a stirrer which I think Mickan wouldnt like, but now his mates have left he might become a better club man.

Apparently the club is trying to work something out with him still, he might be staying, hopefully this is true as we will find it hard next year without him, seen as the club can't recruit for shit....

Sheesh Bayman...they didn't attend the first training session...hasn't been said ANYWHERE that they aren't playing with us in 06...

Herby is a copper and I don't know what Cranny does, but there could've been a very good excuse for why they both weren't around.

I've heard NOTHING to suggest otherwise.

Herbert hasn't fronted up for about 5 years now. Hasn't stopped him getting paid by a SANFL club or two though! (throw in Edwardstown also)

Dianne from The Roost summed him up beautifully 3 seasons ago. Looks like Tarzan, plays like Jane.

PS Your goal/point Herbert!

Had a great 2005 Wedgie...

Not sure you've really bothered to see what he was able to achieve in 05, but have based all your views on his North Adelaide playing days...

That's right, I forgot about that wonderful goal he set up for North at the Bay and games he played in the ressies for the Bay.
His year looked no different to his last 5 years from the 10 odd Bays games I saw.
We must have different expectations of a footballer TB. :)

Haven't seen much of him so can't comment on him in a general sense, I can however say that I thought he hurt us badly at The Parade in the 2nd half of the season! :(

Agree to disagree Wedgie...your opinion of Herbert is as wrong as you were that your sideline heckling of Allo actually bothered him.

But then again, who am I to form an opinion on a player I saw 18 times last season?

Anyone know where Sudjai Cook might be playing next year or if another SANFL club have shown any interest?

Last I heard the Eagles were chatting with him, but I was rather surprised about that...he's only 27 so still has a lot of good footy in him. Was rather injury prone in 2005, and had that lengthy suspension (cheers Warky) so he'd be bursting at the seams to get back out on the park and do well.

He's been a personal fave of mine at Glenelg...but unfortunately was not wanted by Mickan and co.
