A team guest appearance on Letterman? Maybe not, that's sort of been done before.

I know - how about a Broadway opening with "Sturt! The Musical" The script and the songs just about write themselves. :)

Unfortunately we won't have Rick MacGowan coaching us in 08. He's the late tip to step in and lead the Liberal Party to victory in the upcoming election.

Actually, there's no reason the great man couldn't lead the worlds greatest country and the worlds greatest country's greatest football team at the same time...

Rumour has it that Brant Chambers, Ben Nelson, Luke Crane and Simon Feast are close to cracking a cure for AIDS too...

SANFL to become the Sturt Football League. All other 8 clubs become a subsidiary of the Sturt Football Club.

Coming from a Glenelg fan that's hilarious....
maybe that's the reason your crowds are so low away from the Bay as they can only get wheelchair access to Glenelg Oval.

The amount of dentures that used to get airborne from your grandstand everytime Chiggy got the ball was a sight to behold.

I think one has to look at the demographics of the finals crowds Smithy to know that ain't quite right....most of our bandwagon supporters looked liked they had just stepped out of the Bay disco and at the end of the elim final they were partying like it was 1985!!!

Where as in the the members (which was sparsely populated in the 1st semi) the old knit one pearl two home made double blue scarves that were actively waved when old Bo was slotting them through gave a fair indication on the difference in the age demographics between the two groups of supporters...
