No Adelaide Oval for 2008 as no change rooms etc with redevelopment taking place of western stands.
Possibly wont be ready for finals either - all finals at AAMI or maybe home ground advantage may be considered.
Thebby may be used for neutral games??
The draw will be interesting - out in about 3 to 4 weeks.

Given that Adelaide Oval is not available, I wouldn't mind seeing each club play a home game in their country zone. Meaning every club plays one home and one away game in the country next year.
Besides that I'd just play the three Eagles games at Thebby again, no neutral games. ANZAC Day at Elizabeth. Maybe start later in the day to avoid the Coll/Ess game and have it in the evening "at the going down of the sun" given it will be a Friday.
Avoid the Crows on a Saturday afternoon as much as possible. Have as many night games as possible in the warmer weather. Shift all finals to Footy Park.

What does that mean to the Adelaide leg of the International Rugby 7's in April(?) ?
All in for country games as long as on Saturday or better still long weekends- people will stay overnight= money into community!
Also why ANZAC Day at Elizabeth, its silly as alot of people go as neutral observers to watch this game.- Thebby Oval was okay this year I thought.

10 home, 10 away games was perfect this year, and will be perfect next year.
It'll be great to see all finals back at AAMI Stadium - at least you won't spend 35 minutes trying top find a park that's closer to Thebarton, then have to spend another 25 minutes walking to the ground.

I think it would be good to have one night game, two saturday games and a sunday game, if we get lights up and running and a night game each week could happen..

Only fair thing for Anzac Day if they give Thebby the arse is for it to be at Elizabeth since it will be Central's home game anyway.
As stated before, no offence to the Dogs or Elizabeth but I'll be disappointed it won't be at a neutral venue and it won't seem the same since North fans have waited for so long (especially considering it wasn't a tradition in the 80s or 92).
Needless to say, as long as its not a night game I'll be there.
I miss going out to Elizabeth in the day time, its been a while and I always enjoy catching up with Bulldog Pommy and a few other Dogs fans at the GC for a few pre game drinks.

Perhaps given the rugby in early April they may just start work at the northern end of members stand leaving the change rooms etc til Anzac Day - just loose the Members stand capacity?
