Dave Trotter ?

As requested I will start a seperate thread to keep the 'Official' thread discussion free.

NO-MERCY...I and several other Norwood supporters would be grateful if you could tell us where you got the information about Dave Trotter signing with Norwood as we have been unable to find any mention of it either online or amongst other club members.

Would be a very very good pick up if true....apart from some unfortuante injuries would still be playing regular AFL

Must admit Ive never heard of him but he has a great surname, nickname would have to be PIG! :lol:

According to the Norwood forum he was drafted at no 9 in 2003 but the Kangaroo fans and those that follow North Ballarat were suitably unimpressed with Dave Trotter's inability to get into the game in the VFL.

Dave Trotter will be moving over here i believe with his mate Haydyn Mills.
I was in Albury last week & was given this from the horses mouth.
Take this as 100% lads.Mercy won't lead yu's on!

I think most Roos fans where dissappointed with him as he was a No. 9 draft pick, expectations of a Top 10 draft pick are very high especially at a club that hasnt had many of them..

If he comes here with the right attitude he will be very handy

I'm referring to the posts in Bigfooty which is where the comment in the Norwood forum came from.

Crikey, first Norwood supporters complain because they get some news hot off the press then they complaing because people agree with them. I hope you guys do a bit better in 08 and the mood improves! :lol:

Hope Trotter will be confirmed officially soon, sounds like a handy pick up. Apparently there'll be more news on the recruiting front announced in the next week or so as well.

At what point can Norwood's post season activities be described as a "recruiting spree"? Anyone would think we were being bankrolled by a Russian Oligarch.
