Most underrated player in the SANFL

Reading the thread on Brett Backwell got me thinking how under rated he is by many. I know he always manages to cause South some headaches.

I would be interested to know who else you guys think falls into that category.

Mark Clayton is quite under rated.

I would not call Brett Backwell under-rated seeing its the hard work of the guys around him that give him the ball.Yes he has good skills but the fact that he spends more time waiting for the ball than actually doing anything i would say the whole glenelg side are more under-rated than he is.

Very, very underrated by many outside the club - except at Glenelg - Jamie Vlatko. Commitment second to none, pushes up hard to win the contested ball and contributes heavily to the one percenters. One of the best recruits we've had for a while, and a credit to himself for turning a difficult situation right around.

a player i reckon is highly under-rated at Glenelg is Mules, he is a hard working honest defender who rarely gets beaten, he just gets in and under and does his thing. i love the way he plays.
