STURT has relocated its SANFL trial game against Glenelg from the heart of its country zone at Murray Bridge to Alberton Oval tomorrow because of the unsuitable condition of Le Messurier Oval.
Sturt and Glenelg officials inspected the Ramblers Football Club home ground on Wednesday but the Tigers were not happy with the turf over the cricket pitch, Sturt general manager Stuart Totham said.
"We understand Glenelg wants to protect its players but it's disappointing," he said. "There's some things we can do better to try to get that ground up and running for games in the future."

Sturt: Herring, Chambers, Perri, Weatherald Feast, Sheedy, Eckermann, Jarjoura, Wicks, Whiteman, Coad, Curtis, Bowen, Nelson, Colreavy, Peterson, Bratton, Burton, Davies, Childs, Squire.
