Is it possible (from Melbourne) to get a link to ABC S.A. to watch the game. Anyone know the link?

As for 'live' I wouldn't have thought so but I guess you do know about ABC2? They will replay the game, as well as VFL and WAFL matches of the round during the week.

Guys, there's no way it'll be broadcast live on the internet.
Best you'll do is going to the RPH or LifeFM site today and listening to it on the net.
I'll record the game for ya just in case its a win though Coorong. ;)

Unfortunately, the ABC is unable to answer questions about TV programming more than four weeks in advance. Visit the ABC TV program guide for the latest information.

5RPH are doing Sturt West:
http://www.rphadelaide.org.au/sanflcoverage.htm
Click on the 1.30pm link at 1.30pm CST, if that doesn't work try one of the links from this page (click on one of the Saturday time links, they work sometimes despite the times shown):
http://www.rphadelaide.org.au/webcast.html

LifeFM are doing South Glenelg and worse comes to worse if the RPH links dont work Life will have score updates:

No that it helps you today but Fox Footy here in Victoria show replays of the SANFL game of the round at some ungodly hour on Thursday (or friday can't remember which) morning. You'll need to set the timer on the video.

Coorong - You can watch ABC SA live when ever you want if you have a satellite dish pointed at Optus C1 satellite (which is already done if you have foxtel/austar) and a box that takes the Optus Aurora cards. These cards are only available to people in poor reception areas or travelling around Australia in a caravan (so if you want one you'll be travelling right!).
Go to your local satellite dealer and they will help you. If you already have a dish on the roof it will cost you about $130 for a 2nd hand box and $90 for the card which is a one off payment.

For info on Optus Aurora channels click here - http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/aurora.html or how to purchase - http://www.optus.com.au/portal/site/per ... 867c0aRCRD

If you really want to get involved in the satellite hobby you can set up a free to air dish and view these ABC channels plus more on the Optus B1 satellite - http://www.lyngsat.com/optusb1.html

Hope this helps

Thanks Smithy, I have Optus cable, platinum package. By the way, kinda glad i could not tune in as I would have smashed a rather expensive television.

I wish that ABC would show some Friday night or Sunday games especially when neither AFL side is playing at the same time. I don't care if it's delayed by 5 hours-would still love to see it.

Actually this is for all concerned, but they will actually be covering their first night game in years and first at Adelaide Oval, when they cover the State Game.

It is being replayed on Saturday in the normal time slot.

GO ABC!! Get those night games on!!
