The figures above provided by dog_ger are from the SANFL web site which has not been updated since the end of the minor round.

Our 2005 membership closed after the Grand Final.

Our final tally was 2004 members.

We believe this is a record for the club - still checking the past rolls

Cd, please explain, for us dummies..? Why would people become members after the minor round...? Don't mean to offend anyone with this question...! They missed out on so much....?

Dog_ger we offered buy 2006 now and get rest of 2005 included which meant they could get into the members only area at finals functions this year and are already signed up for 2006.

Also got a few from interstate who wanted to be part of the finals campaign. The 1927 figure was as of about end of August from memory.

You are correct though to get the most from any clubs membership the earlier you join the more time to enjoy - eg for us you get discounted drinks all year round at the Club if you show your current badge.
