Not much happening early.

What are people's tips on this game?
I picked Norwood originally I think but I'll lean towards Sturt now.

Brad Vassall got a dodgy holding the ball decision 51 metres out, and then the umpire gave a 50m penalty for something the commentators couldn't even see.
Norwood's 2nd goal

Norwood 2-0
Sturt 0-2

Around the grounds in the AFL:
Bulldogs 20 odd points up on Brissy and Port 2 pts up on West Coast.

Sturt 0-2 2

Norwood sound switched on, they must have heard I changed my tip to Sturt!

Great commentary from Phil H, Smithy and John N. Its pleasant not to have to listen to Blandis.

Goal to Vlatko

Norwood 5-0 30
Sturt 2-2 14

Bulldogs 33 pts up on the Lions at the Gabba.
Port up on West coast by 2pts.

Phil asked the question if Crows supporters would be barracking for Port tonight to keep top spot.
Smithy was spot on when he said of course they wouldn't, Mrs Wedgie for one would rather Port lost than get top spot!

wakey wakey STURT

well i think Vlatko's nights finished he would have been happy with that amount of output in the first 1/4

I earlier said, to pick 3 in this round, I would be happy. I have my three...!!! I took sturt because any team that can kick 10 in a 1/4 of football demands respect. Do it against the Dogs and my ears prick up....!!!

The commentators are treading warily with "Cockshell" pronouncing it safely as "coe-schell"

Speaking to Phil yesterday and he was worried about that one!
