I think that Sam Fairclough should have been picked, but it can't be helped.
Well done to Sam Jacobs.

Enjoy it while you can, my guess would be the Foxsports 3 channel will replace it at the end of this footy season.

Hooray, a Central player made it now:

MEDIA RELEASE

The Coaching Committee of the Tip Top SA Under 18 Championship Squad wish to advise
that Glenelg player, Angus Lally, has been withdrawn from the squad following a training
injury.

Great to see Tom Hurley, an Athelstone junior, being named Captain of the side.

Well done Tom, and best of luck in the championships.

Sounds squad, pity Holmes's form has dropped cos he is a rare talent in my eyes.

Congrats to Hurley, I'm confident he will be an All Aus at end of this and be SA's MVP. Despite not having the raw class and ability that Gibbs has, his SANFL performances have been first rate.

I'd have to say that is the best side we've ever assembled, a touch stronger than the 2003 squad which had Cooney, Symes, Butler, Schmidt and Waters. We should be too good for the VICS but WA's team is a ripper and will prove a tough challenge.

Shame for Angus, played State Under 12s and the SANFL Under 16 Scholarship squad with him, an outstanding footballer and a top bloke too. He'll be in the AFL next year though.

Luke McLean deserves his spot, very underrated in my eyes, a lot of composure and some top skills.

Toddy Pfeiffer is just class. He has a natural football brain and all the skills. Top bloke too who would've been close to a leadership position I would've thought.

And Hurls just works his ass off and deserves everything that comes his way. Congrats mate.
