Sounds like we played like those those 176 num nuts still playing in Germany at the minute....
Maybe we should ban our boys from watching the Soccer world cup if they are going to keep playing like that....

well the skills your boys have picked up from the world cup saved you a goal in the 2nd qtr.

Very AFL style of footy today from Glenelg, get it at half back and have 5 kicks to get it back to half back. Certainly a different style of footy than the style they played in the rd 3 thumping mind you different bulldogs side as well.
Yes the dogs have that look about them again

GLENELG where do you start???????????
i have one suggestion we recruited Mitchell as a forward so WTF is he doing lining up in the back pocket and then having a run on the ball. Mickan has screwed up his footy career, last year he would bag goals from anywhere and everywhere, now you never know where its going!!!!!!!!!!!!
To Centrals, i guess thursday night training is more physical then what you had today. to there credit though it did take them a while to warm up and put us away on the scoreboard, but when they did they certainly rammed it home.

not many hard ball gets because centrals let us get it to half forward and turn it over then they started there attack. it was quite amusing seeing on numerous occassions that Centrals kicking in from a point would be lining up for goal 3 possessions later

That bloke that attacked the Central banner at 3/4 time went in the hardest! The Bays should watch the video replay & take some tips from him!

G'Day Ecky!
Those stats are so diff to the advertiser it isn't funny. And I know whose to believe as well. Was keeping specific track on 2 players, Horan and O'Sullivan. Think advertiser said O'Sullivan has 20 touches

Yes, the newspaper stats somehow missed 8 of O'Sullivan's handballs.
Unfortunately, mistakes like this are all too common with the Advertiser's stats. It would make more sense (and save them money) if they used the stats taken by the clubs who actually know their own players very well...We'd be happy for them to use ours (we already give the radio stations our basic stats if we are sitting near them)
It is a pity that the Advertiser stats are the ones taken as gospel as they are the only ones published. But unfortunately until all clubs, the SANFL and the media agree on a better system, there isn't much alternative if you want stats from all the games...

And therefore when I quote team stats records, they come from the Advertiser, but I know they aren't fully correct.

The possession totals from the Glenelg stats team Ecky are C.D 345 to Gl. 330, as opposed to the Advertisers' 318 to 316 - plenty of stats missed.

Top effort by the Centrals bloke who ran in and flattened the older Bays fan from behind with a two handed push while he wasn't looking, tough stuff.Neil Cross made mention of it on the CH2 telecast,he too was impressed by this blokes display of courage.
