AFL Split Round - SANFL Programming

With the AFL split round this round we again have no AFL footy in Adelaide this weekend. I feel the SANFL have missed another big opportunity due to very poor programming of games. With no AFL games the SANFL had a chance to cash in by playing each of the 4 games in different time slots across the weekend instead they choose to play 3 games Saturday arvo and 1 Sunday arvo. Maximum exposure could have been by simply playing: Fri (N), Sat (Day), Sat (N), Sun (Day). My programme would have been: NWD vs PA - Coopers (Fri N), CD vs NA - Hamra (Sat Day), WA vs EAG - Broadspectrum (Sat N), GL vs ST - Gliderol (Sun Day)

As it's Port's home match it may have worked with Centrals V North on Fri night, and Port V Nwd on Sat Day, and kept the others as you suggested.

I would have had

Friday night
West v Eagles (City Mazda)

Saturday
Port v Norwood (Alberton)

Saturday night
Centrals v North (Hamra Homes)

Sunday
Glenelg v Sturt (Gliderol)

The lights at City Mazda are ok, but need to be better down the middle of the ground as the Champion Data people were having trouble reading the player numbers.
