Looking at the stats is seems that slow starts are costing your boys. When someone posted the Maggies lineup earlier this season it looked like a pretty good line up, certainly better than the ladder position suggests.

From the games I've seen (with the exception of the absolute debacle at Propsect

), it's been a combination of slow starts and 5-10 minute lapses in concentration/discipline that has really cost us this season.
We've also won 12 of 17 last quarters which is pleasing, but on the flip side, many of those have been too little too late and the fizz had already gone out of the game.
On the Port lineup, we've had a huge number of debutants in 2010 and the vast majority have played fewer than 50 games. If we keep the majority of the current squad together, Port could again be a force in 2012-2013.
