Does anyone know the score of that match?

Glenelg beat South in the Reserves too, 19.19 to 10.6, so if Sturt won, the ladder would look something like this:

Norwood 10 3 -
North 7 5 -
Glenelg 6 7 -
Sturt 6 7 -
South 6 7 -
West 6 7 -
Central 6 7 -
Eagles 5 7 1
Port 5 7 1

Sturt lost by a couple of goals I think. Not sure of the score.

South 6 7 -

Eagles 5 7 1
Port 5 7 1

For the stats nerds, I reckon you'd need to look long and hard to find another comp, at any stage in history, where:
a) the bottom team after 13 rounds is 5:8
b) after a decent slab of the year, the best percentage is 54.5, and the worst 46.4 (or their '100% system' equivalents).

If only every competition, in all sports, could be like SANFL reserves.
