The Bloods will be looking to bounce back after their shock loss to the Magpies in round 5, but it won't be easy for them against the improved Panthers.
Playing at home, West should win, but an upset is not completely beyond the Panthers.
My tip: West by 22 points

We played Central after their big Round 2 loss to Westies and they came out and hammered us.
West are coming off a loss to Port......if West are the real deal they will win.
A South win could make many on here rethink where they placed South on the ladder at the start of the year.
I will wait till the teams are selected to tip.....we might have Andy Otten in the side. West might have a few AFL players too.

Clearly Westies got a surprise today and will no doubt be roasted on the training track this week. South have to win one away from Hickinbotham sooner or later and I do think it will be this week!

I'd hope we freshen up on the training track this week.
The only positive today was no injuries to league players for the first time after a game this year. (At least I dont think there was!)
Our depth has been tested and we need players back fast.
South will be fresh off the bye!

I think I was the last North supporter to jump off Daniel Healy as coach. When did I jump? When North defeated an unlucky South at Prospect, and he ran out onto the field hugging the players. I never knew it was that bad until then.

I do recall that happening.

The same day that North nearly blew a massive lead before receiving a couple of "fortunate" frees late in the day.

Reckon if the weather is good, Westies will bounce back with a 10-15 goal win

Picking an upset here, South to just get up in a close one.

South by 3 goals...fresh legs with having the bye will get them over the line.
Will be too quick for Westies.

If we're to be any show this week, Cockshell has got to have a big one in the ruck. Willits/Webb had a solid first three weeks but up against competition hit out leader Meiklejohn, they were comfortably beaten and in turn the team was beaten.

Magarey Medal favourite Chris Schmidt is a huge loss - Was hoping Piasente or Moran might have come up.
