Round 20 - Sturt v Port @ Adelaide Oval - Fri 7.40pm 19/8/11

The Double Blues have been competitive in their last 2 games, however they have not been able to translate this solid form into a win.
Over recent years they have played well against Port at Adelaide Oval, and this combined with the 1 day extra break, means they are a definite chance of getting the points this week.
Port were very poor in their last quarter against the Roosters in round 19, I'll tip them to win on Friday night, but with no great confidence. I'll select a margin of 8 points.

Looking forward to the game, maybe riding the treadley into the game, beers a d dinner before with mates and beers after..... that way I can bypass the swill served at the ground. Depending on our rucks and other injuries I'll tip THE MIGHTY DOUBLE BLUES by 16 pts

Think I read somewhere its PAC vs Pembroke. I assume it is first 18's and the intercol game as well?

Port's pace is definitely still a worry..
But if we can play like we have in last 2 weeks against reasonable opposition, then we just might be in with a show

The intercol is the St Peters v PAC game.

Brodie Smith was named as travelling emergency, wouldnt think they would take 2 up there. Pretty poor if he misses everything this weekend
