Watched the first 3 terms of what was a very uninspiring game to that point. Seems as though the last quarter suddenly became interesting though

The Bloods tackling, pressure etc was first class to 3/4 time. Ferguson was very good at CHB, as were the entire backline for that matter. What happened?!

Absolutely shattered.

Unlike most West Adelaide supporters, I'm not going to blame the umpires for the loss. We got a brilliant run in the first half. The reason we lost is because we only kicked 4 goals in 4 quarters of football. SIMPLE!

Football was the loser here.
Perhaps the bright spot for Westies is if they can be far the better team for 3 quarters playing that game style and still lose, then maybe it'll be a wake-up call to Collins to stop playing that style of "football".

We were very lucky today that 30 minutes was good enough to get over the line.
Terrible game, will take the points but didnt deserve them.
West should have had the game sewn up at 1/4 Time

Still numb

Why did the last quarter go sooo long?

Anyone know a good plasterer, might have a hole that needs to be fixed

I was watching in comfort at home and thought Westies dominated all day and should have won.
Norwood were lucky to get out of this one, as Bassett admitted when interviewed.

However, Norwood did do much better in the last quarter, and moving Dawe to CHF seemed to have been a significant factor.
Like the commentators, I do think the "in the back" that gave Rodan that shot on goal after the siren was legitimate, but we were lucky to get it.

Ok so I didn't see the game (was at Alberton). Why the low scores? Another example of the Collins super-flood?

From what I saw both coaches were equally at fault for 3/4.
To Bass' credit he changed things up in the last and it appeared West just tried to defend in the last
