Salary Cap Breaches

Would you believe that there is nothing in the SANFL rules that allow the SANFL to take premierships away from teams who have blatantly breached the Salary Cap rules?
Seems absurd considering the Lance Armstrong saga?

Not saying it will happen in the SANFL, but a precedent (of sorts) had happened before the Armstrong saga, with the Melbourne Storm situation.
