While the Tigers probably weren't the best team on the night last week, they still managed to take the points over a winless Doggies outfit, hanging on for a thrilling win. The Double Blues were again disappointing at home and again were unable to show enough concentration over four quarters to stay in the contest, against South.
This should be a good game, which may attract a reasonable crowd, but nowhere near the 12,000 they had a few years ago...
Reserves @ 4:30pm
League @ 7:10pm*
Broadcast Details - 107.9 LifeFM from 6:30pm
*Note there has been a change to the original start time scheduled for this game - from a 6:30pm start, to 7:10pm

Glenelg by 7 -8 goals. All gained in one quarter,( maybe the last), the other three quarters being fairly even contests.

Glenelg by a few goals. Don't expect Sturt to win many this year apart from against Port, or of course South at Noarlunga.

by 85 WAS A GOOD YEAR
Tonight on the Adelaide FC website Sando has written that Jarryd Lyons was close to selection as traveling emergency, but he's been left to continue his great form playing for Glenelg instead.
Personally, I'm glad that he'll be playing footy for Glenelg instead of just flying over and watching from the sidelines.
But hopefully the kid gets another go soon
Side Note: one of the IN's for Glenelg is Billy Hayes - another of the Snout's Sponsored Players
If he debuts it could be a fun night on Snout's Hill if both Billy Hayes & Andrew Hooper do their sponsor's proud
My pick: Glenelg by 28 points

On form it's Glenelg by how much.
Hope Sturt surprises and produces 4 quarters of its best. Surely we'll do that at least once or twice this year.

Last week means sweet FA if we don't win tonight.
Club would be hoping for a crowd around 5k I dare say with the fine weather and last weeks poor turnout.
Hopefully a 6 goal + victory.

Was good to see former player Lucas Herbert keeping control up Northern end.
Very impressed with what Lewis Hender did and got to see a 25m penalty paid to free kick recipient who caused contact with man on mark.
Thought it was a good game and the bays flogged us in 3rd quarter
