Not a heap to say about this one. Norwood did enough to win, South had a crack but we didn't take our chances early in the last when the momentum was with us.

Out tackled for most of the night. Very ugly first half, Norwood employing their 18 man flood effectively. 67-35 hit outs South's way, but it didn't feel as though we gained any advantage from this.

Didn't enjoy seeing Warren boot 5. One of the poorest turn outs of South supporters I've seen.

Looking forward to some Saturday arvo footy for a change next week.

What was tonights crowd.

Very hard to tell how much support you get when its a cold night and cars surround the oval.

Souths numbers will continue to fade while the team performs the way they do each week.

I can not see to many of the faithful venturing to the Ponderosa next saturday

No atmosphere because no South supporters!! No opportunity for banter made it a bit boring. Norwood did enough to win, simple as that.
Nice surface, great facilities but worst game to attend EVERY season!!

True but its just not the same as standing on the hill and enjoying banter between the crowd.
Was freezing last night but even if it was pouring with rain id stand in the same spot. Is it so hard for people to put on warmer clothes or take a blanket, its a winter sport after all.

Went to the game with a few Norwood mates who were visiting Noarlunga for the first time. They complimented the general set up/facilities, but were somewhat amazed at the complete lack of home crowd support. The atmosphere was certainly flat on what was a decent night for footy (Living in the Hills we all found the temp rather comfortable in comparison!)

I realise we’re struggling on field at the moment, but the lack of support at the past few games is a little concerning. Don’t think night footy is the answer either. Play 1 or 2 during April, and maybe 1 at the end, and leave it at that. Apart from Good Friday the supporters haven’t responded to it, and the standard of footy generally suffers at night also.

On a more positive note well done to the U18s on their first win of the season. Has been a much improved season. Michael Ross is having a good year with 23 goals so far. A good chance to make it two in a row this week v the Dogs.

It looks crap and what looks crappier is the cars leaving before the game has finished
