After saying they wanted the South v Glenelg game to be played on a Saturday afternoon, they couldn't even be bothered waiting for the end of the game. PATHETIC ABC!!!

But South were that far in front.

Its not ABC Adelaide's fault its the Fu*kwits from Sydney who make the programing decisions nation wide. If they had their way the SANFL footy would not even be on the tv. why do you think that there is no minor round Sunday games televised

Very true HEATER31 you would think fox would step in and buy the rights of all local leagues ie SANFL ,VFL etc and push these games save them a fortune compaired to the afl .

While not good enough, I dont think we should complian too much as we are lucky to get any TV coverage at all

The other option would have been to go to Adelaide Oval.

Dead set right. Get off the ABC's back as they have a time slot for the SANFL and that is it. There are more programs that rate more than the SANFL ten times over to even contemplate going over ten mins in a timeslot.

The ABC have shows that rate

The ABC do a great job for SANFL footy as do our 2 radio stations RPH and LIFE. Channel 9 telecasting the Medal need to be acknowledged too. We need the media support to keep our clubs in the public eye.

not that i watch games on the ABC as im at games, i think we should be happy to get coverage, we get good coverage via the tv and radio, a bit more in the advertiser wouldnt go astray and of course 5AAFL could promote the SANFL a little better then giving it 5 mins a week

Im glad the game went late, it was packed enough in South's rooms without a camera crew being in there too!

blueandwhite - yes, the game will be replayed in its entirety this week on ABC2.

My apologies to C31 - we now have weekly SANFL on TV due to a group who put a huge amount of time into producing 2 great shows each week.

Two thumbs up to the ABC despite what happened yesterday, we need the them and I love watching ABC2 each week to check out the games...
