The Eagles beat Glenelg easily in the Elimination Final. No surprise there.

Not Glenelg player reached 20 possessions.

We actually wished we had taken stats on their Crows players (McGregor, Vince, Skipworth) as they all dominated, as did Westbrook.

Holy Crap, that's a schellacking!

Sad end to the Bays senior season, when you add everything together they actually had a better year last year despite winning nothing then too.

it was quite surprising to see that even with a crowd of a few hundred people the crows supporters left early to try and beat the traffic!!!!!!!!

Only Sturt and Glenelg no longer have a team involved in senior finals now and North and the Eagles are the only clubs with both still going.

Nah, but thanks for pointing that thread out to me as I'd missed it!

Just hate having no footy on Saturday, Im a wreck in the cricket season.
Christ, I would have even watched AFL if it was on today Im that desperate!!!!
I never do anything around the house as anything I touch falls apart as opposed to getting fixed so I've made the decision that I have to:
a) take up lawn bowls
or
b) get into the GGs again

NBL starts again this week as does the NFL, hopefully that makes it a bit more bearable.

You can rule soccer out (if Adelaide City were in the A-League it would be a different matter) but I've always been a fan of baseball, been meaning to get out and watch a couple of games especially as a regular on here who's a good mate of mine is a coach in the local comp.

Its always a pain in the arse watching things like that down on the plains though when I like to enjoy a few drinks and unlike the footy Mrs Wedgie isn't there to drive me home.
