What a fantastic game of football between South and Port. Compare this game with the absolute snorefest of the NRL...28 Nil and 50-6 in the other game. Pfft. Then you have the inevitable Victorian dual failures in the West this weekend in two forgettable finals. The Freo v Melbourne final had its moments but West Coast v Western Bulldogs was a dire match. They almost had a goalless quarter and Robert KnoWalls had the temeritiy to suggest it was brilliant football.....PURLEASE.

I'll be tuning in to hear the Chooks beat the Doggies and then on to watch the Catters in the VFL prelim. Long live the SANFL...you've saved my weekend!

You don't rate the Swans v Eagles final from last week

Given that 4th played 5th I would hope the Port v South game would be a contest, especially given it is an elimination final

Yes syd, but I was talking about this weekend. Not too fussed Centurion as my Catters won against Williamstown so your victory does not spoil my weekend but I'll bet plenty of Eagles fans sphincters tightened considerably.
