Eagles the form side ATM, Glenelg are bottom.

Injuries not helping Glenelg's cause. Eagles need to keep developing and perfecting their new game style. Good to see juniors like Whittlesea and Dunstan continuing to get a go - they are the future of the club. Eags should be too strong for an under-manned Bays.

Form would say 10 goal win for the Eagles.

Is Wundke playing?

Eagles were Crap yesterday
Was very much like the west game in round 1 except Glenelg didnt win .
Good news for eagle Thurlow was a class above in the seconds will he come in next week 200 cm ruckman just what the side needs.

Really thought we were in for a 15 goal loss at half time, such was the gap in class in the first half. Our effort in the second half was certainly a huge improvement but I do think the Eagles intensity and execution dropped off also. Every game this year we've played 2, sometimes 3 reasonable quarters, but when we fall away we do it properly and things get ugly fast. This team shows some promising signs but bring on some four quarter consistency!

Yet Centrals haven't outscored any opponent in the last qtr in any of their 5 games this year.
Even the "div8 fitness" Bays outscored you by 20 pts in the last qtr.
There's another tree over there whufc, try barking up that one.

I think this table shows which side has the worst 4th qtr fitness in 2015 if you believe 4th qtr scores is a valid measure of that indicator.....

Apart from the first quarter, I thought Bays had a fair dinkum go, in fact outscoring Eags by 2 points over the last 3 quarters. Goldsworthy outstanding again, Thompson solid, Hayes versatile and runs to link play (something we have been missing for a couple of years), Rowntree plenty of hard-ball gets and Borholm productive. Looking forward to him and Thurlow working in tandem soon. The strong wind certainly didn't help the standard of play.

Tigers played a great third quarter, could have been closer if they were more accurate. Lot more heart at the Bay. Dog of a day for footy wind-wise. I think all of our mini-league teams have come from the Lefevre Peninsula so far this year, brings home the new zoning arrangements.

Really. Largs Bay Primary or Oceanview College wearing Hybrid colours. Never would have seen that in my day ! Then again Oceanview College will always be Taperoo High School to me !

Never would have though I'd see Grange, Henley Beach, Fulham North or Star of the Sea primary schools playing mini league at the Bay wearing black and yellow either! Heartland Eagles schools for donkey's years!

The 1,429 attendance is the lowest crowd for a match between Eagles and Glenelg at Woodville and 6th lowest overall. The 5 lower attendances at Woodville are shared between 2 Woodville/South and 3 Eagles/South matches.

Yes, Woodville has those spacious and pleasant tree-backed grassy mounds, but, we would like to see more people populating them.
