EAGLES
Star Woodville-West Torrens midfielder James Boyd will miss Saturday’s contest against Central at Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval.
Boyd, who injured himself last Saturday against Adelaide, will miss between two and four weeks while recovering from the ailment.
‘’We’ve just got to wait and see how it (Boyd’s injury) responds to treatment,’’ Eagles coach Michael Godden said.
‘’He hasn’t torn it (the muscle) but he’s certainly done some damage. The Best case scenario is that he will play against Sturt (in Round 13).’’
Running defender Phil Raymond returns from a significant thumb injury while flexible utilities Joe Sinor and Sam Rowland have been added to the Eagles’ extended interchange bench.
Dual premiership star Luke Jarrad will play his 200th SANFL match while triple Ken Farmer Medallist Michael Wundke will line up for the 100th time at league level.

CENTRAL
Forgotten Central defender Josh Waldhuter will play his first league match of the season against the Eagles at Maughan Thiem Hyundai Oval on Saturday.
The reliable defender played in the Reserves last round as he returns from a shoulder reconstruction undertaken in January.
Waldhuter will effectively replace Luke Barmby, who will miss at least one match after receiving concussion from a bump by North defender Todd Miles last Saturday.
‘’Josh plays fairly tough and forms an important part of our defence so he has been a big loss in the first half of the season,’’ Central chief executive Kris Grant said.
‘’It’s opportune to have him back with Barmby out this week and once Barmby returns it will give us a bit of flexibility.’’
Utility Sam Milne has been added to the extended interchange bench which must be trimmed by one before the bounce.
