Half Time
3-2 West
4-2 Glenelg

Full time
14-12 West
9-4 Glenelg

Were West too good after half time ?
Or was it another fading finish by Glenelg ?

Why half time ? Scores alone indicate a wind to one end. Probably a very good last quarter by a real contender .

A bit of both I think, though probably more the former. West though they've struggled a bit in recent weeks against the Eagles and Port are a good side; when seriously challenged and when they really had to find another gear half way through the third quarter, they found that gear and we simply could not go with them. We didn't stop trying but to be honest West probably could even have won by a little more in the end.

I wouldn't underestimate West . I think the comp is quite even but I think Glenelg are improving and it seems quickly under a new coach. Next year I can see the m leaping up as a late coaching change is not ideal.

Fair call there Bounce of the Ball

The Bays do have some real speed in their side which did cause our forwards some issues in the first half.

Should be 1272 my wife and daughter walked in before half time and no one took their tickets
I dont blame attendants for leaving just prior to half time as the weather was awful and bloody cold
