Heard that Alan Obst is currently playing in his 50th and last game tonight...

Might explain why he took the toss of the coin at the start of the match and the huge celebrations by all and sundry from the Roosters when Obst kicked the opening goal of the second half?

Will see what eventuates at the conclusion of the game...

I don't actually...

I simply overheard this prior to the game, so not 100% sure, to be honest...

If I knew it as fact, Bounce of the Ball, I would have posted this with said assuredness...

Obviously wants to give a young guy a go,with only 2 games to go.
The team only kicked 3 goals for the whole game!

Serious question keyboard folk:

1. You have no talent, fitness, physique or idea; versus
2. You have talent, fitness, a physique like Alan's, but a body that just won't stay resilient.

What do you think would be more frustrating ?

The club told him it will be his last game. Lot of the players are not happy.

From some sources Craig and Shillabeer were fit to play but not selected.

There is a huge disconnection in the playing group with the coaches after being forced to train Saturday instead letting the guys get away from football.
