PORT
Port Adelaide will take a pacy line-up into Sunday’s contest against Central at Alberton Oval.
Power-listed speedsters Jared Polec, Jarman Impey and Nathan Krakouer have all been included in the 23-man squad to face the Dogs.
Defender Tom Clurey, big-bodied midfielder Brendan Ah Chee and youngsters Dan Houston and Billy Frampton have also been named to play for the Magpies.
Running backman Cam O’Shea has been called up for AFL action while Kane Mitchell will miss one-match after taking an early guilty plea for striking North’s Lewis Hender in Round 3.
Aidyn Johnson will spend at least two weeks out with a hamstring strain while Tom Gray and Tom Corcoran were dropped.

Load up big time on Port. After last night, a number of these players will know they are right in the hunt for selection in the AFL side.

Good call by me. I hope you were not taking any notice! Centrals by 5 goals nearly three quarter time.

Well done Doggies! A few former Magpies amongst the goals- Jenner (3) and Hoskin (2)

Interesting that 'The Future' was the only player named in the best for the Power Reserves.

Dogs spanked them in the clearances- 52 to 25.

Chad Cornes was pretty scathing post-match of some the "selfish" efforts of the AFL-listed players.

Well done Doggies. I can't be arsed going through my records but a 52-25 clearance demolition (against what should have been a very solid and mostly-AFL midfield) is right up there with the biggest differentials seen in recent times.

I went and listened to Chad's 3/4 time address and, at that stage, he commented, on a couple of occasions, that those 3 prior quarters were the most embarrassing he had seen from a Magpies side.

As good as Central played, Port were poor and you could tell they had a few blokes come in to the side that lacked match fitness...

Will Snelling didn't reappear after half time and had the left foot in a moon boot, whilst on crutches, post game...

Travis Schiller will one day win a Magarey Medal...

Probably not that scathing a critique given Chad's sample size would have to be in the single digits.
