The reports page almost 2 weeks old.
No mention of the reports at the bay last Sunday week yet!
What about some info on reports and outcomes in grades other than league please?
Also the injury lists are rarely updated!

Hopefully you sent this to the SANFL as well, as they're probably closer to the source.

The injury list is updated every week...

Contact the SANFL if you want to get the reports page updated...

To be fair we shouldn't have to contact a state sporting body to update their own website

Yeah, fair enough...

But some people aren't happy unless they are complaining about things...

It is 2 weeks behind...

Just fire the IT guy, then...

Very unfair there Phil, I feel it's a legitimate gripe he has. An injury update is useless if it's two weeks old.
You seem to have changed your tune on these sort of these over the years.
Ulterior motives now?

NO ulterior motives, whatsoever, Wedgie...

I just don't get why people complain over the most basic of things...

Yes people are passionate and yes they have a right to complain but it seems some people aren't happy unless they are unhappy...

The injury list is updated, as of this week and updated every week, so not sure what the complaint is there...

You don't remember how before being involved with the SANFL or the media how you used to complain about things a lot more basic than WHUFCs complaint? I do.
You either have a vested interest or are extremely hypocritical IMHO for unfairly having a go at him.

Okay, no worries...

That is your opinion and you are entitled to it...

Yep, I used to be critical of the league in certain areas but I never used to complain about a website not being updated for 2 weeks...

There are bigger things to worry about...

Says I'm not authorised to read that post...

If you are going to have a dig at me, at least let me read it, yeah?

Are you insinuating I chose a setting so you couldn't read it?
You actually requested us to remove the topic from the SANFL forum.
All fixed now, I shouldn't have bothered helping you out at the time, yeah?

It doesn't bother me that much but is further proof of how out of touch with the modern world the SANFL have become.

Your website should NEVER out of date in this society.

It's arguably you biggest marketing tool, your biggest, quickest and easiest information hub and generally one the best places where you can talk about what you do.

And that's why it hasn't been updated for two weeks ;)

Fair point Wedgie, fair point indeed.

Yes, fair points. 2 weeks isn't acceptable, in anyone's book. I'm assuming it's Phils job, thus the defensive nature of his posts.

Also, the Friday footy section in the paper had 1 game preview, the "Match of the Round" and nothing on the other 3 games?

Getting less and less coverage....

Can't the SANFL or whoever job it is explain to the paper,
nobody reads all those pages and pages of AFL rubbish every day.
Who cares about this endless meaningless tripe.
Thousands of supporters of the real clubs are looking for previews and news of real suburban footy in Adelaide.

Bzzzt. Wrong. Lots of people read it, in isn't "meaningless" and the people interested in the "real" clubs are less and less by the day.

You think the SANFL can tell the paper what to write?
