Sturt women's player killed in road crash

Postby scott » Mon Apr 09, 2018 9:29 pm

It's been an awful couple of weeks in the SANFL. Ellen Maple #2 for Sturt and Norwood premiership player from last year was the victim in this crash overnight. Not named in the article below but it has been announced on Seven News. So terribly sad. RIP :(

Bloody hell.

That's three for the SANFL - how sad!

My thoughts go out to the North trainer's family, Mark Beswick's family and now Ellen's family.

Absolutely terrible news. Hopefully Ellen’s family can find some peace soon.

Jeez, what a horrible couple of weeks. Condolences to all the family, friends and clubs involved in these three deaths. I never met Mark Beswick but know and worked with some of the other Beswick family members so it’s very sad.
