Inform, plenty of quality players selected and the Captains 150 to celebrate at home.

Very insipid performance by the Eagles but they always do that after a bye weekend. Not the team pundits thought they were. Will make the 5 but that is where it will end this year.

Barring the crows reserves, anyone can beat anyone on any given day.
We played these sides in consecutive weeks only a month ago, Norwood looked like junk & the Eagles a well oiled machine.

We were a putrid, disorganised rabble yesterday, very un-Eagles like. Completely outplayed in all facets of the game.
Chocolates against Sturt, cous-cous against Norwood!

Did we tee it up high enough for you?
Watching young players more then ever it’s very apparent they don’t do work rate
nearly as easily as players of other eras.
They are fitter mostly and probably better coached but regularly pick and choose
when to have a go or a full bore crack!
And ball watching is becoming a hobby (probably to temporarily replace the iPhone  )

Geez I enjoyed that. Crowd felt bigger than the number suggested.

Really enjoyed the games of Joffa and Glenn, very direct and efficient with disposal. Grigg would have a large amount of Magarey votes already in the bag.

Love the upstairs setup at Woodville, great place to get a froffie and a meal straight after the game.
